What a great line-up of demonstrators we had this year at the Atlanta Foodservice Expo held on September 18 and 19 at the Cobb Galleria. If you missed the Expo demo stage this year... you missed out for sure! The demos started with the two pied pipers talking about pickled peppers, then came the killer BarBQ from the "Graveyard". How are you going to cook all of this without the right oven... including the Pate a Choux. The day ended with ancient grains just as healthy today as they were centuries ago! Day two we were making Hebaceous (cheese) and a Choux for You! When life gives you lemons, get your micro planers out and make citrus cured salmon. Then there was the pillowie soft gnocchi, ending with pulses in the kitchen! Wow, wow, wow! A huge shout out to all the demonstrators and all who attended. The Demo Stage Rocked!
